CSIAM obtained Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) licenses issued by Securities and Futures Commission in 2019. 

The company provides fund management and discretionary account services.

At present, the company manages three Cayman SP funds, investing in fixed income, equity and private equity market respectively. Future investment directions include merger and acquisition investment and financing, cornerstone investment, Pre-IPO projects etc.
